We built an App Framework, a RESTful API, Webhooks, and you can even buy the software if you're an Enterprise customer who needs to make Gemini 100% your own, but we thought we'd do some of the heavy lifting for you with a set of key integrations.
The two main areas of integration for our customers are email and developer tools. Every other integration for a helpdesk/ticketing and Agile Issue Tracker is a 'nice to have'. We have some of those too, like MS Project, Slack, FormTitan etcetera, but below are the ones we think you're really interested in.
Gemini will connect to any IMAP, POP3 or Exchange mailbox. We have special integrations for Exchange and Office 365, and of course we support the latest in SSL with TLS 1.3.
Gemini connects to Visual Studio, GitHub, TFS, SVN, Git and Mercurial. We thought about Bitbucket, but then we remembered who owns it, so nah, not now, not ever! There's also a Gemini Desktop application for those who don't need to log into the web application for all its rich functionality, but just want to read and update items in it from a list.
