Data Migrations
We can also migrate data from bespoke or ad-hoc data sources. Occassionally, not all data can be migrated and you will be informed of any such issues if and when they arise.
Remote Connectivity
We usually recommend Windows Remote Desktop or GotoMeeting as remote connectivity clients. Other means to connect (e.g. VPN) can be used with prior discussion.
On-Site Logistics
Depending upon the task in hand, either one or two CounterSoft Services Team will attend in person. Occassionally, more than 2 days may be required or recommended - this can be agreed beforehand as per your requirements.
Travel Costs
Costs associated in reaching your destination will be provided before purchasing. Costs include all travel costs and any required accomodation costs.
