Bara Global Invests in CounterSoft

CounterSoft, a leading provider of software which allows software development teams to establish "Project Control", today announced that it has received an investment from the Bara Global group, an organisation that provides private equity and management consultancy to technology, engineering and HR services companies. The investment will be used to fund organic growth and planned acquisitions.
Founded in 2003, CounterSoft provides Gemini, a leading .NET project issue management platform that offers a very effective browser-based project team experience, enabling total project issue tracking. Gemini links Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Visual Studio, Subversion SVN, and MSN Messenger. Somewhat uniquely, Gemini also supports mobile and occasionally-connected team workers through Gemini Desktop -- a desktop application offering offline working with full data synchronisation.
